Gym Location: Grassy Branch Church, 499 Riceville Rd. Asheville, NC
MSG 2:00 pm JV   3:00 pm  V   4:00 pm

Gym Protocols and Procedures:

For players and coaches: Teams (athletes and coaches only, not parents and siblings) to enter the far end of the gym closer to the trash dumpster so they can be staged in the kitchen area until team warm-ups.  Teams can also gather or stage outside near the far / side entrance. 

•Each team has to bring their own balls for warm ups. Each team will have 6 minutes for ball warm ups total (for hitting and serving)Each team needs to shag their own balls. •We will have a hand sanitizer for each bench and the table. •Each team will stay on their own sidelines. We will not switch sides of courts. •masks up to the individual. •no handshakes or high fives between the teams, we will encourage air high fives and smiles! 
For fans:*Enter the main gym door under the breezeway, exit the alternate gym door opposite the main or entrance door. *Only parents and fans who have athletes actively playing will be allowed to enter the gym. So, if a Varsity athletes parents arrive and the JV game is still playing, Varsity parents are asked to stay outside until the JV match is complete and the JV families have an opportunity to exit the gym at the opposite end. This will help with spacing fans and with overall gym numbers. Of course, if families are carpooling, then they can stay until all matches are over or enter upon arrival.  Siblings are welcome to attend the games. •hand sanitizer is available •masks are up to the individual. •chairs will be spaced out and family groups are asked to sit together.•please refrain from touching the balls, unless you need to protect yourself or someone else from being hit. •practice social distancing when needed. •we are asking that if a player, or anyone in your family is not feeling well, to please stay home, rest, and feel better soon! 
Fees: $5.00 Adults 18+$3.00 Seniors 65+$3.00 Students high school and                under $12.00 family max

The purpose of the Greater Cabarrus Athletic Association (GCAA) is to provide the home schooled student athletic opportunities within an environment that is both Christian and competitive. We desire to nurture the character of the young men and women entrusted to our program that will allow them to be successful in all future endeavors.

Greater Cabarrus Athletic Association is a non-profit, 501(C)3 organization that relies entirely on the membership of each family and the donations of gracious people outside the GCAA family. GCAA is a member of the larger North Carolina Home Educators Athletic Conference(NCHEAC) and Mid-State Athletic Conference.
